Pamela von Sabljar is a new-breed speaker, facilitator, and mentor working at the evolutionary edge. She practises dialoguing, sensing, creating, and leading from this ever-emergent edge.
Having 25 years experience in leadership, personal development and behavioural science.
She works intuitively and uses various techniques that combine ancient wisdom with new research in neuroscience.
Ana Milbo will be co-leading this journey alongside Pamela. She is a gifted train-the-trainer facilitator and a transformational learning experience designer with over 10 years of experience in the field. With her Kaospilot degree in Regenerative Leadership, Process Facilitation and Experience Design, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
In this cohort, we will also have a rich team of facilitators, alumni from other cohorts, supporting the journey.

The process you are entering into is a high level of self-development and through that building your capacity as a facilitator. We invite you into the depth of yourself in order to build your capacity to hold and embody complexity and paradox which enables you to bring the groups you facilitate on that journey. The purpose? To facilitate the shift.
We blend spiritual and ancient practices with research in behavioural and cognitive science, leadership and space holding.
We offer an intimate journey of live sessions with a group of maximum 16 participants. It is a journey that connects your professional and personal life, an invitation into authenticity and alignment and a different way of being. It’s a deep dive, inviting you to expand and bring your facilitation to the next level.

We live in uncertain times. This really is ‘a time between worlds’. The technological, economic and cultural forces that shape global history are now accelerating and destabilizing so fast that our conventional patterns of collective understanding, sentiment and expectation cannot make sense of how we should act.
We sense that our global civilization is rapidly approaching a break-down or break-through moment. That moment is the ‘shift’ we are pointing at.
This Masterclass gives profund facilitators a space to practise the skills that is needed to hold space for more complexity, beauty and prosperity.

The Curriculum builds foundation on our Diamonds Framework, developed for this Masterclass. There are 6 diamonds in our framework: Welcoming, Beholden, Yielding, Discernment, Desire and Sovereignty. They frame elements that are important to be able to facilitate out of emergence. We call them diamonds because they each hold incredible amount of depth and value. Through the 5-months you will get to experience and embody each one of them.

Pamela is operating in the borderland between science and spirituality; she invites people to go beyond what separates us to meet the most pressing need on the planet: to nurture a more conscious humanity and a more regenerative world.
Pamela has 25 years experience in leadership, personal development, and behavioral science. She has worked with businesses, public sectors, and private individuals specializing in personal, group, and organizational development. In addition, she has founded several systemic change projects and leadership programs in advanced self-awareness and self-leadership.
Pamela is serving as a catalyst for leaders and organizations to be able to create deeper human connection and supporting them to foster the conditions for emergence.
In addition to co-hosting the largest global Emergent Dialogue training in the world, she hosts training on cutting edge sensemaking platforms like Rebel Wisdom, Emerge Network, Foundation of Ekskäret. She is also a mentor for new paradigm leaders, Co-Initiator of the Nordic Women’s gathering, and a sacred Spanda Tantrika.
She is the author of books on self-development and gender equality pedagogy, also writing several children’s books.
Building a world where relationships come first. Ana is passionate about training and coaching experienced facilitators. She has worked across Europe & South America. With more than 7 years of experience working for businesses and more than 10 working for NGOs, she has a rich understanding of the facilitation field.
She has coached and trained facilitators working for KPMG, Adidas, Rituals, WeTransfer, Ikea, Aldi, Yamaha Motors and others.
With expertise in Relational Leadership, Experience Design and Experiential Learning. She holds a degree in Regenerative Leadership from the International hybrid design and business school in Denmark, Kaospilot. With a graduating project researching trust within the facilitation space and relational leadership.
Her passion for nerding facilitation started from a very young age. Facilitating whole weekend trainings since the age of 16, designing experiential learning since the age of 11 – in connection to the international organisation, CISV.
Ana is also a Theta healer, having a strong intuitive sense and hosted healing sessions since the age of 18. Where her interest in facilitating out of Emergence began. Having co-lead the Nordic Women’s Gathering for 3 years, where she facilitates out of what wants to emerge.
To the more personal side, Ana has a great passion for Gaga dancing. A type of movement exploration that combines the embodiment of Eros, raising physical awareness by breaking movement patterns and playing with gravity through finding pleasure in effort.
